ALL ENTRIES NEED TO INCLUDE NAME, PHONE NUMBER, AND EMAIL. IF NOT INCLUDED ENTRY WILL NOT BE VALID. SWEEPSTAKES NOT VALID IN RHODE ISLAND AND MINNESOTA.

Eligibility

This sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States, excluding residents of Rhode Island and Minnesota, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Yankum Ropes LLC ("Sponsor"), Game of Chance Sweepstakes LLC ("Administrator"), and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited.

Sponsor

The sweepstakes is sponsored by Yankum Ropes LLC, 915 Overland Ave, Ste A Burley, ID 83318 ("Sponsor").

Administrator

This sweepstakes is administered by Game of Chance Sweepstakes LLC, 1546 West 975 South, Layton, Utah 84041, United States ("Administrator").

Agreement to Official Rules

By entering or participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. By submitting an entry electronically, entrant agrees that such submission constitutes a legally binding signature. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules, tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent information, or otherwise acts in a disruptive or unlawful manner.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on 07/14/2026 at 12:00 AM PT and ends on 09/14/2026 at 11:59 PM PT ("Sweepstakes Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be accepted and shall be void. Sponsor's computer shall be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter

There are three (3) ways to enter:

1. During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals may receive entries by purchasing qualifying products through https://yankum.com/. Any transaction that is declined, reversed, or refunded will not qualify for entries.
2. You may enter by submitting your email address and completing a confirmed double opt-in subscription to the Yankum Ropes LLC newsletter. Submissions that do not complete the double opt-in process will not qualify.
3. You may also enter without making a purchase by utilizing the Alternative Method of Entry ("AMOE"), which allows for daily entry via https://yankum.com/pages/fmoe. All entries must be received by 09/14/2026 at 11:59 PM PT.

Limit: one hundred thousand (100,000) entries per person regardless of method of entry. Any attempt to exceed this limit, including through the use of multiple identities, email addresses, or accounts, may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed the entrant. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or generated by automated means are void. Standard internet access and usage charges may apply. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or damaged entries or for any technical failures that may interfere with participation. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any event beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or governmental actions, compromises the integrity, fairness, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.

AMOE Daily Entry Process

Under the AMOE, participants may enter once per day by submitting their information through the designated entry form. Duplicate submissions within any twenty-four (24) hour period are prohibited and may result in disqualification. All information submitted must be truthful and accurate; submission of false or misleading information will result in disqualification. AMOE entries are recorded and maintained by a third-party system operated by Game of Chance Registrations and will not appear in any participant-facing tracking system. Any abuse, manipulation, or attempted circumvention of the AMOE system will result in immediate disqualification.

Selection of Winners

On or about 09/15/2026, ten (10) finalists will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. From those finalists, one (1) grand prize winner will be selected in a subsequent random drawing. The drawing may be conducted or announced via the Sponsor's website or social media channels. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Notification of Potential Prize Winners

Potential winners will be notified by telephone, email, or FaceTime using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Each potential winner must respond within ten (10) business days of notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check on any potential winner and may disqualify any individual if, in its sole discretion, awarding the prize to such individual could reflect negatively on the Sponsor.

Requirements of Winners

Sponsor may require each potential winner to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release as a condition of receiving the prize. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in disqualification.

Prize

The grand prize winner will receive a 2024 Lexus GX550 + up to $1,000 budget for shipping of the vehicle (the "Prize"). The total approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Prize is $75,000. The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash except as expressly provided herein. If the winner would like to exchange the prize for cash, the cash value is one-third (1/3) of the stated ARV. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The winner must claim and accept the Prize on or before 10/30/2026, or it may be forfeited. All federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the ARV of the prize, and taxes shall be based on the ARV regardless of whether the cash alternative is selected. The winner is solely responsible for all costs associated with title, license, registration, insurance, and any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the vehicle and equipment. The prize must be picked up at a location designated by the Sponsor unless otherwise agreed in writing.

NON-MONETARY PRIZES ARE AWARDED AS IS AND WITHOUT CONDITION, WARRANTY, GUARANTEE OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) BEYOND THE CUSTOMARY REPRESENTATIONS PROVIDED WHEN THE PRIZE IS SOLD AT RETAIL.

Additional Terms for Delivery

The winner shall have the option to either (a) have the vehicle shipped to their residence or (b) travel to the Sponsor's designated location to take delivery of the vehicle in person and drive it home. The Sponsor will provide a reimbursement or direct payment of reasonable expenses associated with the winner's selected delivery method, up to a maximum total value of $1,000. If the winner elects vehicle shipment, the Sponsor will arrange or reimburse standard shipping costs up to the stated maximum. Any shipping costs exceeding $1,000, including but not limited to expedited shipping, enclosed transport upgrades, or remote location surcharges, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No cash alternative will be provided for any unused portion of the $1,000 allowance. All shipping arrangements must be coordinated with and approved by the Sponsor.

Additional Terms for Travel

If the winner elects to travel for in-person pickup, the Sponsor will reimburse or cover reasonable travel expenses up to the $1,000 limit. Eligible expenses may include economy airfare and/or ground transportation at the Sponsor's discretion. All travel arrangements must be coordinated through the Sponsor and are subject to availability. Any costs exceeding the $1,000 limit, as well as personal lodging, personal expenses, upgrades, or additional travel accommodations, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner must have valid government-issued identification prior to departure, and failure to do so may result in forfeiture of all or some aspects of the Prize. Winner is solely responsible for satisfying all legally required conditions of travel and for complying with all applicable laws, including licensing, registration, insurance, and any other requirements necessary to take possession of and operate the vehicle. Sponsor and Administrator are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation, delay, or any weather or airline issues that prevent the winner from traveling.

Privacy

By entering, participants acknowledge and agree that personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used by the Sponsor and its authorized agents for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and fulfilling prizes, and otherwise in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://yankum.com.

Release and Publicity

ENTRANTS AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, OR CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR THE RECEIPT, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE. SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TYPOGRAPHICAL OR OTHER ERROR IN THE PRINTING OF THE OFFER OR ADMINISTRATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES OR IN THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE PRIZE. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, ACCEPTANCE OF A PRIZE CONSTITUTES THE WINNER'S CONSENT TO THE USE OF HIS OR HER NAME, LIKENESS, IMAGE, VOICE, AND BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION FOR ADVERTISING, PROMOTIONAL, AND PUBLICITY PURPOSES IN ANY MEDIA NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER DEVELOPED, WORLDWIDE, IN PERPETUITY, WITHOUT FURTHER COMPENSATION. BY ACCEPTING A PRIZE, THE WINNER GRANTS THE SPONSOR AND ITS AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, LICENSEES, AND ASSIGNS THE PERPETUAL, WORLDWIDE, ROYALTY-FREE RIGHT TO USE THE WINNER'S NAME, LIKENESS, PHOTOGRAPH, IMAGE, VOICE, VIDEO FOOTAGE, BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION, STATEMENTS, CITY AND STATE OF RESIDENCE, AND ANY OTHER IDENTIFYING INFORMATION FOR ADVERTISING, MARKETING, PROMOTIONAL, PUBLICITY, AND TRADE PURPOSES WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE, APPROVAL, COMPENSATION, OR ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. NO ENTRIES WILL BE RETURNED. ALL ENTRIES BECOME THE PROPERTY OF SPONSOR.

Disputes

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING DISPUTE RESOLUTION: THESE OFFICIAL RULES CONTAIN PROVISIONS THAT GOVERN HOW DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED, INCLUDING MANDATORY ARBITRATION, A WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION RIGHTS, AND LIMITATIONS ON DAMAGES. BY PARTICIPATING, ENTRANTS AGREE TO THESE PROVISIONS.

As a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall first be submitted in writing (a "Demand") to Yankum Ropes LLC, 915 Overland Ave, Ste A Burley, ID 83318, Attention: Legal Department. No legal action may be initiated until ten (10) business days after submission of the Demand. If the dispute is not resolved, it shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in the State of Utah. The Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. Entrants waive any right to a jury trial and agree that all claims shall be brought in an individual capacity only and not as part of any class, collective, or representative proceeding. Under no circumstances shall any entrant be entitled to recover punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and all damages shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, and the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Subject to the arbitration provision above, entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Utah. If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Sweepstakes Results and Official Rules

The name of the winner will be announced on or about 09/15/2026, or after verification, via the Sponsor's website and/or social media channels. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the announcement of the prize. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube or Meta Platforms, Inc., and any manufacturers of prize components are not sponsors or participants in this Sweepstakes.
