Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater). Employees of the Sponsor, Administrator, and/or affiliated entities, and their immediate family members, are prohibited from entering. Void where prohibited by law.

Agreement to Official Rules
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on 07/04/2025 at 12:00 a.m. PT and ends on 09/07/2025 at 11:59 p.m. PT.
How to Enter
- Make a qualifying purchase on https://yankum.com during the Sweepstakes Period. Declined payments and returns are not eligible.
- Subscribe to the Yankum Ropes newsletter with a confirmed double opt-in. Incomplete signups do not qualify.
- Mail a 4" x 6" postcard with your full name, address, phone number, email, and date of birth to:
PO Box #234, Hooper, UT 84315. Must be postmarked by the end of the Sweepstakes Period and received no later than 7 days after. Each valid postcard = 10,000 entries.
Limit: 30,000 entries per person. Automated entries are prohibited. Illegible or incomplete entries are void. Normal internet and device usage charges may apply.
Winner Selection
On or about 09/20/2025, ten (10) potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. One Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected from these ten and announced via the Sponsor’s website or social media. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Notification of Winners
Winners will be contacted via phone, email, or FaceTime. If a winner does not respond within 10 business days, an alternate may be selected.
Winner Requirements
Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release (where lawful) before receiving any prize. Failure to return documentation may result in disqualification.
Prize
The Grand Prize is a 2024 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road (estimated value: $46,000). No cash substitutions unless elected by the Winner, in which case a cash value equal to 1/3 of the retail value will be awarded instead. Prizes are non-transferable. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees and will receive a 1099 form.
Vehicle Pickup Terms
The Winner will receive a $1,000 travel stipend to visit Yankum Ropes HQ, tour the facility, go on an adventure, and drive the vehicle home. If declined, the stipend is forfeited, and the Winner is responsible for shipping costs.
Travel Terms
Travel must be arranged through the Sponsor and is subject to availability. Winners are responsible for transportation to the departure airport and all incidental expenses. Valid government-issued ID is required. Missed travel does not warrant compensation.
Privacy
By entering, you consent to the handling of your personal data per our Privacy Policy.
Release and Publicity
By participating, entrants release the Sponsor, Administrator, and their affiliates from any liability arising from the Sweepstakes or the use of prizes. Winners consent to the use of their name and address by the Sponsor for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted.
Disputes
By entering, you agree that:
- All disputes shall be resolved via individual arbitration in Denver, Colorado under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- Claims are limited to out-of-pocket expenses related to entering; attorneys’ fees are excluded.
- No right to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages or to have damages multiplied.
All disputes are governed by Utah law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
